Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order ID along with your registered email address or phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure that the items are in their original condition with all FUAARK tags attached and the original packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your address within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
